Account Deletion Request

How to request deletion

Email us at hey@supavoice.it.

To help us verify you own the account, include:

  1. The App Name (e.g., Cantare Facile)
  2. The sign-in provider you used (Apple / Google / TikTok / Email one-time link)
  3. Your account email (Apple/Google/Email; Apple private relay is OK) or your TikTok username
  4. Your UserID, shown inside the app under your Profile page

After verification, we will delete your account and associated data from our active systems within 30 days.

What will be deleted

Depending on the app and features you used, this may include:

  • Account profile and identifiers (e.g., email, authentication identifiers, email sign-in records)
  • App data associated with your account (settings, progress, saved content)
  • Gift coupon and order records held to operate your account
  • Data you voluntarily submitted (e.g., voice recordings, if applicable)

What may be kept (and for how long)

Some information may be retained where necessary:

  • Security and fraud-prevention logs: up to 90 days
  • Deletion request record (proof of fulfillment): up to 2 years
  • Billing/tax records for website purchases (if applicable): up to 10 years (legal requirement)

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the respective store; we do not control their purchase history retention.
